Tracking

This section explains how to set up and use the marketing tracking features to monitor your platform's promotion efforts.

Introduction:

The "Marketing" section, specifically the "Tracking" subsection, allows you to connect your Hyperfy platform to popular marketing and analytics platforms. This enables you to track the performance of your advertising campaigns, understand user behavior, and optimize your marketing strategies.

What you can do here:

  • Connect Google Ads Tag: Integrate your Google Ads account to track conversions and measure the return on investment (ROI) of your Google Ads campaigns.
  • Integrate Google Tag Manager: Connect Google Tag Manager to manage multiple tracking tags (including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and others) in one place.
  • Integrate Meta Pixel: Connect your Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) to track website visitor activity, measure ad performance, and build custom audiences for Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Integrate TikTok Pixel: Add the TikTok Pixel to your platform to track visitor actions, measure ad effectiveness, and create custom audiences for retargeting on TikTok.

How to Integrate Tracking Tools:

Each tracking tool integration typically involves the following steps (specific instructions may vary):

  1. Find the Tracking ID: Obtain the relevant tracking ID from your advertising platform account (e.g., Google Ads ID, Google Tag Manager ID, Meta Pixel ID, TikTok Pixel ID).
  1. Enter the ID in Hyperfy: In the "Marketing" -> "Tracking" section of your Hyperfy admin panel, locate the input field for the specific tracking tool you want to integrate.
  1. Paste the ID: Paste the tracking ID you obtained in step 1 into the corresponding field.
  1. Save Changes: Click the "Save" button to save the integration.

Important Notes:

  • Account Access: You will need to have active accounts with each of the advertising platforms (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta, TikTok) to use these integrations.
  • Testing: After integrating a tracking tool, it's crucial to test the integration to ensure that data is being collected correctly. Each platform usually provides testing tools or instructions.
