Finance
A guide to the "Finance" section, explaining how to manage your earnings and payouts by connecting to Stripe and understanding your revenue share.
Managing Your Business's Finances
The "Finance" section of your admin panel is your hub for managing the financial aspects of your AI platform. Here, you can connect your account to receive payouts, understand how your revenue is calculated, and access your detailed transaction history through Stripe.
Accessing the Finance Section
To find this page, click on the "Finance" item in the main left-hand navigation menu.

Key Features of the Finance Section
This page is divided into a few key areas that explain how you get paid.
- Actions
- The main action on this page is the "Go to Stripe Dashboard" button. This button is your gateway to managing your earnings.
- Important Note: If you have not yet completed your Stripe onboarding by adding your bank account details for payouts, clicking this button will redirect you to a secure Stripe page to "Select an account for payouts". You must complete this step by selecting or entering your bank details to receive your money.
- If your account is fully set up, this button will take you directly to your main Stripe dashboard where you can view detailed analytics, transaction histories, and other financial data.

- Understanding Your Revenue Share
- This section explains how your earnings are calculated. For each subscription your customers purchase, you will receive a specific percentage of the monthly seat fee (for example, 60%).
- Stripe handles the processing of payments, and your earnings will be transferred to your connected Stripe account on a regular payout schedule.
- Payout Timing and Fees
- Payouts are made according to Stripe's standard payout schedule.
- Processing and transaction fees, which vary based on your region and payment methods, will apply. For the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding fees, you should refer to your Stripe dashboard.
With your finances set up, the next step is to learn how to track the marketing efforts that will bring customers to your platform.
