Manage your Subscription
A guide to the "Settings" section, explaining how to manage your own Hyperfy subscription via the Stripe portal and where to find support.
Introduction:
The "Settings" section, specifically the "Subscription" subsection, is where you manage your own Hyperfy subscription plan.
Here, you can view your current plan, access detailed billing information, update your payment method, and, if necessary, cancel your subscription.
This is not where you manage your customers' subscriptions.
What you can do here:
- View Current Subscription: See your current Hyperfy plan (e.g., "Hyperfy Platform - Standard Plan"), the monthly price, and the next billing date (or trial end date).
- Manage Payment Method: Add, update, or remove the payment method associated with your Hyperfy subscription.
- Update Billing Information: Change the name and email address associated with your billing information.
- View Invoice History: Access and download past invoices for your Hyperfy subscription payments.
- Cancel Subscription: Cancel your Hyperfy subscription (if needed).

Accessing Detailed Billing Information and Managing Your Subscription:
- Navigate to Settings -> Subscription: Log in to your Hyperfy account, click on "Settings" in the left-hand navigation menu, and then select "Subscription."
- Click "Manage Subscription": On the "Subscription" page, click the "Manage Subscription" button. This will open a dedicated page hosted by Stripe, where you can manage the details of your Hyperfy subscription.
- Manage Your Subscription on Stripe: Within the Stripe page, you can:
- See your current plan details.
- Add, update, or remove a payment method.
- Update your billing information (name, email).
- View your invoice history and download invoices (as PDFs).
- Cancel your subscription.
