This section explains how your users can discover and manage intelligent, configurable AI assistants that automate workflows without writing a single line of code.
Automating Your Tasks with AI
The "Workflow" section is where your customers can find and manage advanced AI agents designed to automate specific business processes. These agents connect triggers, AI models, tools, and output destinations to create sophisticated solutions without any coding required. This section is divided into two parts: the Dashboard and Workflow Agents.
Workflow > Dashboard
The Workflow Dashboard is the central hub for managing and activating your chosen workflow agents.

- + New Workflow Agent: This button allows users to start the process of creating their own custom, intelligent workflow agents from scratch.
- Active Workflow Cards: This area displays the workflow agents that the user has added or configured. Each card, like the "Chat Notes to CRM" example, typically includes:
- An On/Off toggle to activate or deactivate the automation.
- An ellipsis (...) menu for additional settings or options.
- A "Use Agent" button, likely for configuring the agent's specific inputs and outputs (like connecting to a specific webhook).
Workflow > Agents
This is the library where your users can discover a collection of pre-built, intelligent, and configurable AI assistants designed to automate various workflows.

- Agent Categories: Users can filter agents using categories to find automations relevant to their needs, such as:

- Workflow Agent Cards: Each agent is displayed on a card with its name (e.g., "Chat to Draft Contract," "Client Feedback Notifier"), an icon, and a short description of the automation it performs.
- Select a Workflow: Clicking the
Workflow Agent
button on a card allows the user to select that automation and likely add it to their Dashboard for configuration and activation.
