The Settings & Members Section
This section explains how your users manage their personal profile information and invite and manage team members within their organization on your AI platform.
Managing the User's Account and Team
The "Settings" area is where your customers can manage their own account details and team members who have access to your platform. This section is typically divided into subsections like "Profile" and "Members".
Settings > Profile
The "Profile" subsection allows users to update their personal details, such as their name and profile picture.

Settings > Members
This subsection allows users (typically administrators within their organization) to manage who has access to your AI platform under their subscription.

- Invite Members Block:
- Allows users to send invitations to new team members by entering their Email address and assigning a Role (e.g., "member").
- The
+ Add another invite
button allows for inviting multiple people at once, and theSend Invites
button sends the invitations.
- Pending Invites Block:
- Displays a list of invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted by the recipient. The screenshot shows "You currently have no pending invites," indicating this is where they would appear.
- All Members Block:
- Lists all the users who are currently part of the organization on the platform, showing their name and assigned role (e.g., "Pedro" is shown as "admin").
- Includes an option (like the "---" menu) to manage or remove a member from the organization.
- Important Demo Limitation: In the preview/demo mode that you (the platform owner) access, inviting members is disabled. Your actual customers will have this functionality enabled.
