Product — Your Platform’s Core Configuration
The Product page (under Home) is your control center. Here you decide exactly what your customers can do inside your AI Agents Platform. Every toggle affects the live customer experience.
What you manage on this page
Your product is organized into three suites you can enable independently:
1) Chat Agents
Text-based assistants your customers chat with.
- Enable Chat Agents: Master on/off for the Chat area in your product.
- Custom Agents: Show the agents you created (your proprietary “exclusive” agents).
- Flagship Models: Turn on/off the standard foundation models (e.g., GPT, Gemini) your customers can use.
- Agent Templates (pre-built): Choose from 1,000+ ready templates. Click Configure to enable only what fits your offer.
- Feature on Landing Page: Pick which chat agents appear as highlights on your public landing page.
- Allow Agent Creation: Let your customers create their own chat agents inside their org (optional).
2) Image Agents
On-demand image generation for creative work.
- Enable Image Agents: Master on/off for Image.
- Agent Templates: Click Configure to select which image agent templates/models are available. Enabled ones appear in the customer app.
3) Workflow Agents
Multi-step automations and background tasks.
- Enable Workflow Agents: Master on/off for Workflow.
- Agent Templates: Enable specific workflow templates (curate from the available set).
- Allow Agent Creation: Permit customers to create their own workflow automations (optional).
Preview before you publish anything
- Mock Preview (right side): A quick, static view of how navigation will look.
- Open Product (top-right): Launches a full interactive preview in a new tab—exactly what your customers will see. Use this after any change (enabling suites, toggling templates, publishing your own agents) to validate the live experience.
Tips for a clean offer
- Start focused: enable one suite (e.g., Chat) and a small set of agent templates that match your niche outcome.
- Add your Custom Agents to differentiate; keep templates that complement your promise.
- Use Feature on Landing Page to spotlight the 2–4 agents that best demonstrate value.
Once your Product is set, head to Landing Page to align your message and visuals with what you’ve enabled—and then Open Product again to confirm everything feels seamless end-to-end.
