Pricing — Set what your customers pay
Use Pricing to define the public price of your AI Agents Platform. This price appears on your Checkout screen (Plan Card) and anywhere the plan is referenced in your funnel.
Where to find it
From your Admin panel: Home → Product → Pricing.
What you can edit
- Plan name/label
Short and clear (e.g., “Pro” or “Starter”). This label shows on Checkout.
- Monthly price (per seat)
Set the amount each end-customer pays per seat per month. Seats = members your customer adds to their org.
- Plan blurb (optional)
One-line value statement that appears with the plan (e.g., “Unlimited AI usage · No setup required”).
Note: Pricing controls the number your buyers see. Checkout controls presentation (badges, guarantee, FAQs, discount booster).
How it works (at a glance)
- Your end-customer pays your monthly seat price on your branded checkout.
- You earn revenue from those payments; your share depends on your Hyperfy owner plan.
Quick math: owner_revenue = seats × price × share
- Changes you make in Pricing update the price shown on your checkout for new sign-ups.
Step-by-step
- Go to Home → Product → Pricing.
- Enter Plan name and Monthly price (per seat).
- Add a short blurb (optional).
- Click Save.
- Open Checkout to confirm the Plan Card reflects your new price and copy.
Best practices
- Price to an outcome: Anchor your amount to a clear win (e.g., “close 5 more deals/month”).
- Keep labels simple: One plan name is enough at launch. You can add tiers later.
- Round numbers: Clean prices convert better in self-serve funnels.
- Match messaging: Ensure your Landing Page promise and Checkout bullets reinforce the value behind the price.
- Test and learn: If your audience is warm (newsletter, clients), start higher; if cold ads, start simpler and iterate.
After setting your price
- Review Checkout: The Plan Card will show your plan name, blurb, and monthly seat price.
- Optionally enable the Conversion Booster in Checkout (limited-time % off) to lift completion.
- Share your Checkout Link (direct purchase) or drive traffic through your Landing Page.
