Managing Your Customer Base
The "Your Customers" section of your admin panel is where you can track and manage the organizations that have subscribed to your platform. It provides a high-level overview of your customer list and gives you access to a demo environment for testing.
Accessing the Your Customers Section
To find this page, click on the "Your Customers" item in the main left-hand navigation menu.

Demo Customer Experience
At the top of the page, you'll find the "Demo Customer Experience" block.
- Purpose: This section provides a way for you to test and showcase your platform from a standardized demo user's perspective.
- Organization Name & URL: It displays the name (e.g., "Workspace") and the URL for this specific demo environment (e.g.,
https://demo-yourai.hyperfy.ai
).
- "Open Demo" Button: Click this button to launch the demo version of your platform, allowing you to experience it as a new user would.

Your Customers List
The main part of this page is the "Your Customers" list, which will populate as users subscribe to your platform.
- Filtering: You can search for specific customers using the "Filter by name" field and filter by their subscription status using the "All Statuses" dropdown menu.
- Customer Table: The list is organized into several columns:
- Name: The name of the customer's organization.
- URL: The unique URL for that customer's instance of your platform.
- Seats: The number of user seats the organization has purchased.
- Status: The current subscription status (e.g., Active, Trialing, Canceled).
- Created At: The date the customer signed up.
This section gives you a clear overview of your active customer base. The next step is to understand the legal terms associated with your platform.
