Settings Section

This section explains how your users can invite and manage team members within their own organization on your AI platform.

Introduction:

The "Members" section allows your customers (specifically, administrators within their organization) to manage who has access to your AI platform under their subscription. This is where they can invite colleagues, view pending invitations, and manage existing members, utilizing the seats included in their plan.

Key Features of the Members Section:

  • Invite Members Block:
    • Displays the interface for sending invitations to new team members.
    • Includes fields for Email address and Role selection (e.g., "member").
    • Provides options like "+ Add another invite" and a "Send Invites" button.
    • Important Demo Limitation: As indicated by the message "Demo organizations cannot invite members," this invitation functionality is disabled when viewing the platform via the "Open Demo" preview. Your actual customers will be able to use these fields to send invites in their live organization.

  • Pending Invites Block:
    • Shows invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. This section will be empty in the demo unless invites were somehow sent previously in a non-demo context.

  • All Members Block:
    • Lists users currently part of the organization, displaying their name and role (e.g., "admin," "member").
    • Includes an option to remove members.
  • Invite Members Button (Bottom):
    • Another button providing access to the invitation interface (also disabled in demo mode).

User Actions (In a Live Customer Organization):

While direct member management is disabled in the demo view, in a live customer organization, users (typically admins) can:

  • Invite new colleagues via email using the "Invite Members" block.
  • Assign roles to new invites.
  • View the status of pending invitations.
  • See a list of all active members and their roles.
  • Remove existing members from their organization.
