A: Yes, you have control:
- Creating Agents: Use the "Platform" -> "Agents" -> "+ Create agent" section in your admin panel to build agents with specific instructions (prompts) and choose the underlying AI model.
- Visibility: When creating an agent, you set its status:
- "Exclusive Agents": Makes the agent visible only to specific customer organizations you choose to share it with.
- "Only Me": Keeps the agent private to your admin/demo view for testing.
- Your customers will also see default "Starter" and any general "Pre-built" agents you make available.
