Can I change my account email, name, or platform subdomain?
Clarifies which core account and platform details can or cannot be changed after setup.
A:
- Platform Display Name: Yes. You can change the name of your platform that your customers see at any time. Go to the "Platform" -> "Customization" section in your admin panel and edit the "Platform Name" field. Remember to save your changes.
- Account Email: No. Currently, the email address used to log in to your main Hyperfy admin account cannot be changed after the account is created. The current workaround, if you need to use a different email, is to create a completely new Hyperfy account.
- Platform Subdomain: No. The initial subdomain you choose during signup (e.g.,
yoursubdomain.hyperfy.ai) is permanent and cannot be changed later.
