How do I manage my subscription?
Find out how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Hyperfy subscription, and update your payment details.
Most aspects of managing your Hyperfy subscription β such as updating your payment method, viewing invoices, changing billing details, or cancelling your plan β are handled through a secure, dedicated billing portal provided by our payment partner, Stripe.
To access your subscription management portal:
- Log in to your Hyperfy account.
- Navigate to "Settings" in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the "Subscription" subsection.
- Click the "Manage Subscription" button.

This button will redirect you to your personalized Stripe billing portal. Within this portal, you can:
- View your current plan details.
- Update or add payment methods.
- View and download past invoices.
- Update your billing contact information.
- Cancel your subscription.
