Step-by-step instructions on how to cancel your Hyperfy subscription.
You can cancel your Hyperfy subscription at any time through the secure Stripe billing portal. Here's how:
1. Access the Billing Portal:
- Log in to your Hyperfy account.
- Navigate to "Settings" in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the "Subscription" subsection.
- Click the "Manage Subscription" button. This will open your personalized Stripe billing portal in a new tab.

2. Locate Cancellation Option:
- Within the Stripe portal, look for an option explicitly labeled "Cancel plan" or similar phrasing indicating subscription cancellation. It's usually located near your current plan details.

3. Confirm Cancellation:
- Click the "Cancel plan" option.
- Stripe may ask you to confirm your decision or provide a reason for cancelling. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process.

What Happens After Cancellation:
- Continued Access (Temporary): Once you confirm the cancellation via Stripe, your subscription will typically remain active, and you'll retain full access to Hyperfy features until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No Further Charges: You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancelling.
After Billing Period Ends:
Once your final paid billing period concludes
- If you attempt to log back into your Hyperfy account (regardless of how much time has passed), you will be automatically redirected to the "Settings" -> "Subscription" page within the Hyperfy admin panel.
- On this page, you will find an option or link to renew your subscription through Stripe.
- You will not be able to access or use the main features of the Hyperfy admin panel (like creating agents, managing customers, etc.) until you successfully renew your subscription.
